Code Compliance

The Dighton, Kansas is responsible for protecting our community's health, safety and welfare and uses city codes, ordinances, and resolutions to enforce that responsibility. 

It would be nearly impossible to list all codes, ordinances, and resolutions here. Moving forward, any new or amended codes, ordinances, or resolutions will be uploaded here.  If you want more information on any that are existing or question whether a certain one does exist, please contact City Hall and speak to one of our clerks for more information.
