Dighton Recreation

Dighton Recreation does a great job of keeping our youth busy all year long!! There's Football, Volleyball, Basketball, and Track during the school year and T-Ball, Baseball, and Softball leagues are available during the summer. Also, Dighton Rec, together with Lane County Sheriff's Department, hold a Bicycle Rodeo to teach bicycle safety, a Babysitting Clinic in May with a local Child Care Provider for any older youth wanting to earn some spending money with a summer babysitting job, and an annual Father/Daughter & Mother/Son dance for elementary students and their parents. Dighton Rec also co-hosts with Lane County Country Club for a golf clinic with the Buffalo Dunes golf pros for both kiddos and adults alike.

Speaking of Adults, there’s plenty of activities to keep you off the couch, too! A Fun Run held in the summer, adult Volleyball league, and summer softball league are a few of the options. For more information, check out the Dighton Rec Facebook page:
